1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the service.
2. Description of Service
British IPTV 8K provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service, offering live channels, on-demand content, and related features as described on our pricing page.
3. Subscriptions & Payment
Each plan is a one-time payment for a fixed term — 1, 3, 6, or 12 months. Plans do not renew automatically, and you won't be charged again unless you choose to subscribe to a new term yourself. Payment can be made by card, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency.
4. Order Confirmation & Activation
After you submit an order, our team reviews and confirms it, then helps with activation. Please allow 30 minutes to 7 hours for a reply. Access begins once your order has been confirmed and activated.
5. Acceptable Use
Your subscription is for your own personal use. Sharing login details, reselling access, or attempting to circumvent the device connection limit on your plan may result in suspension of your account.
6. Service Availability
We work to keep the service reliable and stable, including through Anti-Freeze technology built into every plan. That said, we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times — occasional maintenance or factors outside our control may affect the service.
7. Intellectual Property
The content, branding, and design of this website belong to British IPTV 8K or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute this website's content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, British IPTV 8K is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant subscription term.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that breach these terms, in particular the acceptable use terms above. Since plans are one-time payments with no recurring charge, there's nothing for you to separately cancel — access simply runs for the term you purchased.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
